As a food delivery service, Just Eat Takeaway.com's online business model is an e-commerce brokerage model that brings both customers and restaurants together and facilitate transactions. Just Eat Takeaway.com has over 580,000 connected restaurants in 25 countries, this includes McDonald's, Greggs, Starbucks and Subway and helps them to deliver their foods to the consumer by a giving the post code and locate the restaurant nearest to its location. They usually charge a fee on customers for delivery.

Just Eat Takeaway.com has advantages and disadvantages, but to identify them more accurately a SWOT analysis is needed to know what the company currently has and what could be there in the future.
